These courses, structured on the RYA National Sailing Scheme, are for anyone who has done some sailing and now wishes to improve. Perhaps you have just completed an introductory level 1 (Start Sailing) course and now wish to consolidate it into a full level 2 (Basic Skills), or you may be a more experienced sailor wanting to advance to one of the courses that the RYA scheme offers beyond level 2.
The options are specifically tailored to different aspects of the sport and include; seamanship skills, single handed sailing and club racing.
Any of these improver courses are intended to equip you with the skills to sail your own boat in a club environment and there is a focus on making you feel confident about your own ability and safety.
